- Stayed for 2 nights and initially the air cond didn't even work properly... It just blows out air and stops in the middle of the night and I woke up in my pool of sweat and when I ask the staff and he offered just a fan because the other rooms were already booked so I had to spend 2 nights with a fan without good circulation until the air inside the room is hotter than the outside! There was no sink and the bed sheets were dirty.

staff terrible no respect,we reached there and they tell us no more room in a rude way even we have BOOKED at booking.com , please monitor ur system,if betul betul fully booked please update la dont left the hotel available ayorr, we travelled so far just for this hotel,waste out time. i have ady inform customer services for this issue, please revert back to me asap, i want compensation and apologies for this , please take note and thanks?

Staff was friendly, when asked for room change, as aircond wasnt cool enough, he attend to it promptly. Strategic location too
It was dirty, floor was a bit sticky. The blanket has foul smell. There was no water heater. No remote for aircond and tv, need to press manually for tv. No lock for bathroom door. Tiles in the bathroom was slippery.
